Pilates Stability Classes Taught in North London

These busy classes, which have been running for over 10 years now, are ideal for anyone who has had problems with their spine, or injuries to the knee, and need a class which concentrates on core, spinal and leg strength. I started these classes because I had no where to advise patients to exercise during their treatment, and by attending classes I can observe how you exercise, which teaches me what you need physiologically.   Your strength will improve after only 3 classes, and the type of people who come to my classes range from climbers through to academics.  Places in the classes are very limited.
